This site is intended to help K-12 educators work with raw student and school data.</p>
<p>The tutorials on this site highlight many of the Excel skills that are helpful when working with building- and district-level data. <p>"As the director of the nation's only center dedicated to the technology needs of school administrators, Scott McLeod has made a name for himself as the "go to" guy when it comes to helping cultivate technology-savvy school leaders. CASTLE will be conducting statewide technology leadership training for SAI as well as coordinating a technology-savvy school administrators group, assisting with the SAI web site transition, and writing a column for SAI's monthly newsletter. For the three school districts in Mahaska County, CASTLE is providing technology integration assistance for teachers and training for the districts' administrative teams. CASTLE's work with Waukee will include conducting technology readiness and classroom learning climate surveys as well as researching 1:1 laptop initiatives.
